Sweet and spicy nuts
1 large egg white
1/3 cup sugar
1 tsp salt½ tsp each of cinnamon, chili powder, cumin, black pepper
3 cup unsalted mixed nuts
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line pan with nonstick foil. Whisk ingredients, toss nuts to coat. Bake for 30
minutes. Stir twice. Cool. Store.
Use the tava instead of the oven. Be sure to cook on very low heat
