Yogurt salad

This salad works best with the biriyani. 
 You will need:
1 cup  plain, home made yogurt (recipe is in the blog)
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
1/4 diced firm tomato
1 tbsp chopped cilantro
1/2 finely chopped green chilli
A pinch of Chaat Masala (Indian Store)

Combine all ingredients. Sprinkle with Chaat Masala. Alternatively, to make this salad decorative, sprinkle turmeric, chilli powder as well. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
